In the midst of the bustle of the capital, the Seliger City residential complex was conceived as a place of merging with nature. RONDO luminaires with high color rendering index (CRI>90) provide comfortable basic lighting in lobbies, corridors, typical floors. Frosted polycarbonate diffuser creates a soft glow without harsh shadows and glare. Laconic design of luminaires in a black case organically fits into the general black-and-white interior with light wood finish.
In some lobbies the stylish stone finish is used, and here the lighting is designed in a different way: with GERA track luminaires, which create interesting light accents thanks to the narrow angle of illumination (24°). The accents can be easily changed by moving the luminaires along the track and rotating them around their axis by 350°. In addition, the 4TR LGD three-phase track allows you to control (turn on/off) individual groups of luminaires. This makes it possible to create different lighting scenarios if required.
An interesting effect was achieved with the LED lighting of the lobby's wooden panels. The effect of daylight streaming through the walls makes the space feel more spacious and light. The feeling of spaciousness and airiness is also promoted by curtain lighting, decorative illumination of mailboxes, individual interior elements, organized with the help of SL series aluminum profile and RT series LED tape. The system is powered by ARS, ARJ, ARPV series.
A special charm in the lobby is created by curtain lighting. With the help of the SL overlay profile and RT LED strip with daylight color, the accent was made on the mailbox area and on the decorative elements, as well as vertical illumination of the wooden panels was created. The latter effect makes the lobby appear more spacious and gives residents and guests the feeling of daylight coming through the walls.
The installed equipment allows to control the lighting, to create different light scenarios in the common areas of Seliger City Residential Complex, focusing on the daylight hours, residents' wishes and other factors. In addition to turning on/off different light sources, it is available to reduce or increase the brightness of backlighting, created on the basis of LED tape, change of lighting accents thanks to the control of track lighting fixtures.
