The main lighting in a small apartment is based on Arlight equipment.
In such rooms as the hallway, kitchen and living room it was decided to use LED strip mounted behind high polyurethane cornices as the main lighting. An interesting solution was the use of LED strips of two colors glued in parallel. Tape pure white color (6000K) and warm white color tape (2400K) can be turned on separately depending on the necessary at a particular time the effect, as well as together, creating a room lighting maximum brightness with daylight white light.
With this unconventional solution, a biodynamic lighting effect was achieved, where the light level and color temperature of the light can change depending on the time of day according to circadian rhythms. The control in this project is manual, but modern lighting systems allow this process to be automated.
High-tech systems with biodynamic effect are based on MIX tapes with variable color temperature of light. They are already equipped with LEDs with warm and cold shades of glow. For automated control of such tapes, controllers supporting the TUYA ZigBee protocol are used, which allows you to create a lighting scenario depending on the time of day using a mobile application. Connecting TUYA equipment allows you to configure not only scenario control, but also control by voice assistants, remote control. If desired, the TUYA ZigBee lighting system is easily scalable and can become a full-fledged smart home system.
Mounting LED tape in this project was made on the walls, the height of the tape sticker was determined so that a person in the room, from any angle could not see the equipment itself. This technique also allows you to direct the light stream to the center of the room and provide a sufficient level of basic lighting.
The bathroom of this apartment has a stretch ceiling. Therefore, the luminaires were selected from the Arlight collection, designed specifically for such solutions. Small round panels with uniform luminescence and elegant luminous frame harmoniously blended into the interior of the bathroom.
On the loggia of compact size it was necessary to add a small light source, with this task perfectly coped with a round surface-mounted lamp SP-RONDO, whose power is 16 watts.
