Within the framework of the project of the program “Kvartirnyi Question” the kitchen in a Stalinist house built in 1938 was renovated. One of the accents of the project is the beams illuminated with LED tape. In the room was originally one beam, which did not fit into the concept of the interior, but the designers decided not to lower the ceiling, and add a few more beams and turn the design features into a “feature” of the interior.
Each beam is decorated with Arlight LED strip. Backlighting makes the structure visually lighter and is a significant part of the main lighting.
The backlighting can be controlled by a control panel placed on the wall or by remote control. The possibility of adjusting the intensity of the strip is provided by a dimmer, power supply - by a source of stabilized voltage. By controlling the backlight you can create different moods in the room.
