In August 2023, at the traditional festival of landscape art “Gardens and People” for the second year in a row, the project, for which Arlight lighting equipment was used, won the Grand Prix and a special jury prize for lighting.
The Seed Garden is a kind of model of the cyclical nature of life, where the main art object is a germinated seed.
Delicate, subtly organized illumination allowed to create such a cozy atmosphere that visitors did not hurry to leave the garden, looking at the main installation of the project, indulging in philosophical reflections in a gazebo stylized as an open seed.
The incredible CHAMPAGNE landscape lights, which flicker among the corn stalks, rise above the water canals and thanks to bubbles create the effect of constant movement, continuing the theme of continuity of life in nature, fit perfectly into the project.
All the paths of the garden, diverging like a plant's root system, lead to the key object - the installation “Sprouted Seed”. A fragile plant placed in a glass vase with hydrogel - as a symbol of nascent life. The column with an ornament imitating the root system, on which the vase stands, and the vase itself are illuminated by an ultra-thin miniature ART-DECK lamp with a high IP67 rating. Proper placement of the luminaire creates a very beautiful light gradient on the column, manifesting the stylized “root system” of the plant.
In general, all garden lighting is designed to gently emphasize the main concept of the garden - reverent attitude to the emerging life, philosophical attitude to the cyclical nature.
It is convenient to use modern technologies to control landscape lighting. Intelligent control systems based on the TUYA ZigBee protocol make it possible to automate the lighting in the garden and the garden area. Lighting scenarios can include activation of backlighting on a schedule or depending on natural light, increasing the brightness of the glow along the paths when using motion sensors and any other user requests.
