LED lighting has made its way into our lives and has practically replaced incandescent and fluorescent lamps. So in this project, the owners of the apartment decided to modernize the lighting. The replacement of fluorescent lamps on LEDs is carried out in three areas: a niche in the ceiling, a decorative structure made of plasterboard and the bathroom.
Lighting niche in the ceiling in addition to the decorative role serves as the main lighting, and therefore it was important to choose an LED strip of sufficient brightness. Powerful tape with a density of 240 SMD 3528 LEDs per meter perfectly coped with the task.
In the previous illumination of the decorative volume on the wall, the owners of the apartment were not satisfied with the fact that it was too bright, as well as in the places where the lamps were connected were noticeable dark areas. For this area chose tape SMD 3528, where only 30 LEDs per meter. Soft and even glow of the tape fully satisfied the wishes of the owners.
The main lighting in the bathroom is rectangular plafonds, where the light source was hidden behind diffusing glass. The technology remained the same. A special calculation was made to understand what tape and with what pitch to stick on the ceiling to get the desired result, according to which the equipment was installed.
As a result, the lighting in the apartment reached a new level: it became softer, more pleasing to the eye and at the same time successfully solved the necessary tasks. In addition, significantly reduced electricity bills and increased the life of the lighting fixtures.
In addition to the quality of light, LED equipment opens up more possibilities for controlling the lighting. Becomes available such a function as changing the fury of the glow, that is dimming, for the realization of which is enough to use a dimmer and paired with it wall panels or remote control. Soft smooth adjustment of lighting intensity from 0 to 100% creates the prerequisites for additional savings, and also gives the opportunity to customize light scenes at will.
