Light strips: lighting in the apartment

LED lighting in apartments - for a long time is not a rarity. But in each case, it acquires a completely different sound, filling the interior with light and color, giving it a bright personality. Today's project - a clear confirmation of this.

LED lighting in each room is implemented non-standard, emphasizes bold design solutions in the interior, gives the opportunity to create a different mood atmosphere. The main lighting, which we are used to seeing in the form of ceiling chandeliers or spotlights, in most rooms is realized in the form of light strips.

The living room is illuminated with wide RGB LED strips hidden behind matte diffusion screens. Vertical and horizontal light strips fit very well into the geometry of the room, located on the ceiling level difference and framing a niche in the wall. The light stream is directed in such a way that it separates the lounge area, where the sofa is located, from the rest of the room. Additional decorative illumination is provided by a narrow light strip along the perimeter of the wall where the window is located. The abundance of mirrors reflects the light, expanding the space of the room.

In the bedroom, the light strips play more the role of additional and decorative lighting. In addition to the ceiling chandelier here is organized colored lighting around the perimeter of the room. LED strip is located behind the plasterboard construction, and the diffused light from it creates the illusion of a ceiling floating in the air. Multicolor tape allows you to change the lighting according to the mood.

Room for a teenager - always one of the most difficult tasks for the designer and, at the same time, the most interesting. In our case, in addition to the standard LED lighting around the perimeter of the plasterboard ceiling, created using Arlight tape, above the work area is organized additional lighting, which is both functional and decorative. It is realized in the form of strips of light of different length and width using RGB-tape. The tape is installed in the recesses of the plasterboard ceiling and covered with a matte screen. In the room you can create a variety of light and color scenarios, which fully meets the often-changing mood of a teenage child.

The lighting in the hallway is also interestingly realized. Light panels created with Arlight RGB tape and matte plastic panels zoned the space, separating the entrance group with a mirrored closet from the corridor itself. The interior of the hallway is made in a monochrome color scheme, so the change of color glow especially brightly transforms the overall appearance of the room.

To ensure the operation and control of multicolor LED strips were installed power supplies and controllers Arlight. Controllers are used for the ability to change the color of glow tape, as well as its brightness, run light dynamic scenarios, already preset in the memory of the device. For convenient control of lighting to the controllers is tied to a four-zone remote control with a touch ring to select the color of glow.

In general, the interior shows that light strips created with LED strips and diffusion screens can have many different realizations. Such a solution provides sufficient lighting, does not clutter the space, looks original in different situations.
