Multiple light lines, created on the basis of aluminum profile and LED strip, perfectly match the minimalist interior of the halls. The light lines are integrated into the slatted ceiling, and to contrast with them suspended profile luminaires in black housing are used.
For local additional illumination and as a solution for zonal division, tracks with track luminaires are used in a number of rooms.
But still the basis of the lighting project are the lines of light evenly distributed throughout the object. They create the effect of sun rays coming in from the street. The atmosphere of a sunny day reigns in the corridors and halls of the residential complex, also due to a well-chosen combination of light sources of cold and warm shades of light.
An even greater effect of natural light in the room can be achieved by creating a biodynamic lighting system. Modern lighting control systems based on TUYA, KNX, DALI protocols allow you to automate lighting based on biological natural rhythms. In the morning it is a soft warm light, by midday it reaches 4000-5000 Kelvin, and in the evening again very warm shades of white prevail. For this purpose, light sources with variable color temperature are used, which, thanks to controllers, can smoothly change the shade and brightness of the light. To automate the brightness control, light sensors and motion sensors can be used in addition. Biodynamic lighting is especially recommended in rooms with limited access to natural light and has recently been increasingly used in private and public interiors.
