Modern, comfortable, stylish lighting that will fit into the mixed style of neoclassical and techno - the task set by the customer. Different types of lighting were realized in the project: main lighting, decorative lighting, duty lighting.
Magnetic tracks were installed in most of the rooms, which are the best fit for the task. Stylish, functional, easily adjustable and customizable - they can provide all necessary lighting scenarios. MAG-LASER-FOLD and MAG-FLAT luminaires installed in tracks provide bright and high-quality lighting thanks to excellent technical characteristics: color rendering with CRI>90, high luminous efficiency.
The dimming function supported by the luminaires extends the possibilities of light control. You can not only turn on and off the light, but also change the brightness of the light during the day.
Controlling home security is also an important task, which is partly solved by installing emergency power supplies. In the event of a power failure, they allow the lights to operate for more than an hour in normal mode.
In the hallway, important challenges were addressed. The low ceiling and the lack of possibility to hide the wires behind the ceiling led to non-standard solutions. Firstly, profile luminaires on pendants were used. Secondly, a 12-meter-long supply cable was installed inside the linear luminaire housing. For this purpose, an H-shaped profile was chosen to accommodate all communications.
In the wet area of the pool, long light lines with a high degree of dust and moisture protection were created for ceiling lighting.
