Preparing the house for the owner's return, starting cleaning, turning on night mode and much more is possible with one click or voice command using the programmed scenarios "I'm home", "Night", "Cleaning", "Turn off everything", etc.
Remote control via a mobile application allows you to control the house from anywhere in the world, as well as maintain the microclimate during a long absence. This is especially important in the tropical climate of Thailand. Automatic lighting of the steps of the stairs to the second floor is not just a design element, but also safety of movement around the house in the dark. And the design highlight of the project was the accent lighting of paintings using unique lamps created to order.
Taking control of natural sunlight was made possible by automating sliding and roller blinds with smart electric curtain rods SMARTBUTLER. The blinds can be controlled both locally and remotely using a mobile application.
The villa's outdoor lighting creates spectacular illumination at night. As dusk falls, architectural contour lighting and landscape lighting are automatically switched on. To create a special atmosphere, there is dynamic lighting for the pool and jacuzzi.
