The project is made using equipment that supports TUYA Zigbee. One of the advantages of the protocol is the wireless way of communication. A full-fledged smart home system has been realized at the object, which combines the main elements: access control, climate control, light and curtain control, security systems, multimedia. And customization of scenario control makes the living space especially comfortable.
Access control is solved with a smart lock that can be opened by fingerprint, chip, permanent or guest time code. Remote door/gate opening via a mobile app is available.
Lighting has been carefully considered in the project. The multi-level system gives the opportunity to customize a variety of scenarios. By combining light sources responsible for the main light, working, local, decorative lighting, it is possible to create optimal scenarios for different cases. For example, the lighting in the “Dinner” scenario is set up as follows: the main light in the dining room is dimmed and local lighting above the dining table is switched on.
Smart Home allows you to control not only artificial light sources, but also natural light. Smart electric curtain rods for sliding and roller blinds, installed in most rooms of the villa, allow you to open the desired windows in the house in a matter of seconds to let in natural light, or, on the contrary, to close the curtains to ensure a cooler room.
Smart electric curtain rods also participate in common scenarios. The “Good Morning” scenario opens the curtains in the master bedroom a few minutes before the alarm clock to make waking up a pleasant experience. And the “I'm gone” script automatically closes the curtains throughout the house.
Scenario control is especially useful for large areas. You don't need to check each room separately, just run the “Good night” scenario and the lights will automatically turn off in the whole house, the architectural lighting in the adjacent area, close the curtains and, if necessary, switch on the “standby mode”.
All systems of the house can be controlled from ergonomic multifunctional panels and remotes, from a tablet, from a smartphone, or by voice with the help of Alice. In each case, you can choose a convenient option.
Remote control is especially relevant for this project, since the owners are often traveling. The application on a smartphone allows not only to assess the current home situation from anywhere in the world, but also to control all systems. In Thailand's humid climate, it is important that the house maintains the right microclimate even when the owners are away. Smart home functionality allows for automated climate control, which solves the problem of excessive humidity and mold.
The “Homecoming” scenario starts a quick cleaning with a robot vacuum cleaner, turns on air conditioners, creating a comfortable microclimate in the house. In this way, the house is always welcoming to its owners.
